Working for Lidl IT systems, specifically the systems in charge of managing the products assortment for the online and physical stores. The working framework is agile using a SAFe approach to manage projects and I am part of a small Scrum team. My main responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting stakeholder requirements for software development

  • Assessment and documentation of IT systems and processes

  • Supporting the development team with documentation, requirements and representing the team in the communication with stakeholders

  • Liaising with other development teams in regards of management of technical dependencies

  • Testing when necessary

  • Being a Product Owner deputy

  • Dealing with GRC requirements, Accesses and IT Audit findings as a Business Solution Expert

Working for the IT Retail Systems department in giving support to several business stakeholder needs with a special focus on the BSS system - order provisioning and product catalogue. My main responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting stakeholder requirements for our BSS system and convert them into user stories for our internal devs or external vendors

  • Working closely with our Product stakeholders to improve the usage and structure of the Product Catalogue from an IT Solution perspective for a better management and decreasing the time to market of new products and promotions

  • Supporting the implementation and roll out of new products and promotions (B2B and B2C)

  • Continually documenting our IT solutions and processes

  • Creating and maintaining the IT Support process of our department via JIRA Software and Service Management suites

  • Assistance in providing 2nd level IT Support for the BSS solution
